Description

The DocuMate 252, colour sheetfed document scanner, scans up to 25 ppm / 50 ipm, includes a 50-page automatic document feeder and has the ability to automatically scan documents to searchable PDF files. It includes a powerful suite of applications to improve image quality, OCR accuracy and document management. It’s small compact size makes it easy to use on any desktop or in any department.

The XMediusFAX© App is a solution allowing Xerox© ConnectKey© enabled multifunction printers to fax your documents securely through the XMediusFAX Cloud service.

Xerox Easy Translator Service

The Cloud-based Xerox® Easy Translator Service utilizes state-of-the-art technology to provide instant, draft machine translations or convenient access to professional translators via tour Xerox® multifunction printer (MFP), PC, or smartphone..

Simply scan the document using this app on your Xerox® ConnecKey® enabled multifunction printer and receive a translation into one of over 35 languages via email notification and/or print at the MFP.

An account with the service is required to use this app. To register for an account, see your Xerox® Authorized Reseller/Channel Partner or go to www.xeroxtranslates.com.

@PrintByXerox

The @PrintByXerox app enables easy printing from email. Submit an email to Print@PrintByXerox.com with any attachments that you wish to print. New users will receive an email confirmation containing a password. Use your password at Xerox® device running the @PrintByXerox app to release your job(s). For a list of compatible products, please check Xerox.com

No license required for basic features. To use enhanced features, a Xerox® Mobile Print Cloud license is required.
